What it Takes to Win

  • Personal lead generation
  • Lead follow up (within 24 hrs)
  • Estimating project (within 72 hrs)
  • Create proposal and project budget, and submit to Sales Facilitator
  • Review scope, budgets, measurements an all other info and details to ensure accuracy prior to next department’s involvement (design or production)
  • Be available and attend Pre-Con Meetings with client (homeowner) and PM
  • Maintain appointment closing percentage of 25%
  • Maintain weekly contact with clients of current projects
  • Communicate effectively with PM & Design throughout life of the project
  • Reliable accessibility (i.e. Cell phone, email, communicate time off to clients and Company)

What It Takes to Deliver

  • Read and review project scope prior to Pre-Con Meeting
  • Attend Pre-Con with sales and client (homeowner) - get necessary paperwork signed & turned in to office
  • Confirm selections, details and accuracy of scope with homeowner
  • Review Pre-Con checklist with the homeowner and set expectations for project process
  • Set schedule - day to day activities for project and provide written copy to clients (update weekly)
  • Maintain daily contact with homeowner throughout the project
  • Maintain contact with sub-contractors throughout the project
  • Approve payroll by end of business Wednesday and communicate any changes in invoiced amounts with subcontractors
  • Maintain Cost Detail for each project and update weekly while approving payroll
  • Maintain Chase Card charges - daily updates to project cost with charge amounts
  • Establish and maintain open communication with sales and design about project changes and along with status and progress updates
  • Communicate with Sales, facilitators and office on change orders
  • Obtain final payment, client completion signatures & turn into office
  • Maintain warranty service on project for first 90 days fter completion
