Bathroom and Closet Remodel in Prosper, Texas
After a successful first remodeling experience with DFW Improved, these homeowners returned to our team to transform their primary bathroom and adjoining walk-in closet. Their previous project, a media room and home bar, set the stage for another highly personalized renovation, this time focused on creating a more functional, organized, and relaxing primary suite.
The remodeled bathroom balances warm natural wood cabinetry with soft blue-gray tones, light flooring, and brushed gold accents. A substantial double vanity provides generous storage, complemented by tall custom cabinetry on either end. Individual mirrors and contemporary sconces give each sink its own defined space while keeping the overall design light and cohesive.
A freestanding soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower create a relaxing focal point at the opposite end of the room. Soft blue tile brings subtle color and texture into the space, continuing throughout the shower for a unified look. Frameless glass keeps the shower feeling open, while dual showerheads, a handheld fixture, built-in niches, and a long bench add everyday comfort and convenience.
The renovation extends into the adjoining walk-in closet, where custom cabinetry dramatically increases usable storage. Floor-to-ceiling shelving, dedicated shoe storage, multiple hanging areas, built-in drawers, and a large center island give everything a designated place while maintaining the bathroom's clean, tailored aesthetic.
